Returning a collar
If a Yippr collar isn’t right for you, contact us to start a return. Once the return or refund is processed, the collar is unpaired from your account.
Your included Yippr Premium trial
Every collar includes 3 months of Yippr Premium, free. If you return or refund a collar, the free Premium that came with it ends with it. We remove only the Premium time that collar added:
- Time added by a different collar you still own is not affected.
- Time you’ve already used is never taken back — we only remove the remaining portion that collar contributed.
- A paid Premium subscription is separate and keeps the time you’ve paid for.
Your collar’s always-free safety features (nearest-vet lookup, and lost-pet reunite once it ships) are not part of Premium and aren’t affected.
Premium subscriptions
A paid Yippr Premium subscription renews at $9.99/month or $99/year and can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard. When you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for; we don’t prorate partial periods.
